This ground-floor, one-bedroom apartment features spacious, separate areas, including a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, giving you everything you need to feel at home. After a day of exploring, come back to relax, prepare your favorite meal, or cool off in the pool surrounded by greenery. A comfortable and inviting choice for a relaxing vacation.

We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

There is a large supermarket and bank right beside the complex. Otherwise, you can also enjoy dining and shopping down the street leading to the heart of town, which is only 500m away! Another 500m down the road and you will find yourself at the main beach of Coco.

Guests are able to access the entire condo, the sitting area in front of the condo, the pool, the laundry, the gazebo, and the parking area.

The kitchen is equipped so you can enjoy the freedom of preparing your own meals during your stay. Start your morning with a coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two, prepare breakfast before heading out to explore, or come back at the end of the day and enjoy a relaxed dinner. The spacious dining table also provides a comfortable place to sit and share meals.

The living room offers a comfortable space filled with natural light, thanks to its large windows that create a bright and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. It’s an ideal place to unwind after exploring the area, enjoy a conversation, or simply take some time to relax before your next adventure.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll have a separate bedroom offering additional privacy and comfort. It features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and storage space for your belongings, creating a peaceful setting to rest and recharge for the day ahead.

When you feel like enjoying the outdoors without leaving the complex, take advantage of the shared swimming pool located right in front of the apartment, surrounded by greenery and pleasant common areas. It’s a great place to cool off on a sunny afternoon or simply enjoy the tropical atmosphere of the complex.

Turquoise Condominiums is a gated complex, providing a private and pleasant environment throughout your stay. The complex also offers paid laundry facilities on-site, providing additional convenience, especially for longer stays.

The location also makes exploring Playas del Coco easy and convenient. You’ll find a supermarket very close to the complex for your everyday essentials, while downtown Playas del Coco is approximately 500 meters away, giving you easy access to restaurants, shops, and other local services. From downtown, continue approximately another 500 meters and you’ll reach Coco Beach, where you can enjoy the ocean, sunshine, and the lively atmosphere of the area.

Guests can easily reach the town or the beach by walking. Downtown Coco is about a 15 minute walk and the beach 20 minute walk.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
