In-unit laundry, central AC and heat with a built-in humidifier for dry Chicago winters, a workspace nook, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig K-Cup coffee, & filtered water. Walk 8 minutes to the 606 or to Wicker Park & Bucktown's restaurants, coffee shops & bars.
A day here might look like this: a quick workout in the second bedroom, a few focused hours in the office nook off the dining area, dinner cooked at home, then a show from a couch deep enough to nap on, or from bed.
* Living & dining: A smart TV with streaming for movie nights, and a dining table for proper sit-down meals.
* Kitchen: Stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and pantry staples so you can cook a real meal on night one.
