📹 For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, side deck entrance, and front door (doorbell camera). No cameras are inside the cabin.

🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors)

👨‍👩‍👧 Registered guests only — no outside visitors

🔇 Please respect quiet hours and neighboring vacationers

🏊 Pool use for registered guests only — no glassware in pool area — children under 16 must be supervised at all times

🐾 One dog welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee

🐻 All trash must be placed in bear-proof receptacles to protect local wildlife

📋 POLICIES



📄 Rental Agreement — A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations and will be sent electronically after booking confirmation. The agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking.



**For reservations made within 48 hours of check-in, the agreement must be completed promptly (within 4 hours). Arrival details will not be released until the agreement is completed.



🪪 Identity Verification — A valid government-issued ID for the primary guest may be requested after booking confirmation in accordance with local requirements and property policies.



💳 Damage Protection — A refundable $500 damage protection authorization hold is required prior to check-in and will be automatically released after checkout provided no damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, smoking violations, or significant house rule violations are identified.



🐾 Pet-Friendly — Up to 1 dog welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee. Message us before booking with your dog's breed, size, and age for confirmation. Pets must be kept off furniture and beds, and should not be left unattended unless crated. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages or cleaning. Full details in the Rental Agreement.
