Ground floor:
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob, extractor hood, etc.
Laundry room with external access, featuring a washing machine.
Dining area with seating for six.
Guest toilet.
Living room with three large leather armchairs and a large TV with satellite receiver (including international channels).
Outdoor terrace with a 10 x 4m swimming pool, a table with six chairs, and six sun loungers. The pool is heated (from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October). The heat pump activates when the temperature drops below 28°C, though this depends on the weather; we cannot guarantee a water temperature of 28°C in the event of rain or strong winds.
The water temperature is generally 8 to 10 degrees warmer than the average daytime outdoor temperature.
