2 bd / 2 ba condo in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located on the 1st floor just down the street from the Eagle Vail hiking trail. Plenty of outdoor recreation within a short drive or walk. The main living area features an open layout with an indoor fireplace, new Samsung washer/dryer, and new floors. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances. Warmer days are ideal for sitting on the patio or on colder days, unwind for movies or games in front of the fireplace.

During the winter season, parking is $13 a day at Elk or Bear lots (1 mile away from the condo) with a free bus to Beaver Creek village.

For Vail, the bus stops right outside the condo and is free with Core Transit bus system.
