Guests have exclusive access to Studio 3, including the sleeping area and private ensuite bathroom.

You may also use the shared courtyard and walkway in front of the studios. A washer and dryer are located in the common area and shared with other guests. Use is available for an additional fee.

Individual access codes for the main entrance and your studio will be provided before arrival, allowing convenient self-check-in.

[Studio size & amenities]
Studio 3 is very small and accommodates a maximum of two guests. There is no kitchen or refrigerator. For two guests staying longer than four days, we recommend considering Studio 1, 2, 4 or 5, subject to availability.

[Cleaning]
The health, safety and comfort of our guests are important to us. The room is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival.

[Check-in/out]
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible depending on availability and may carry an additional charge.

[Meet & Greet]
Our team will assist with your arrival and help you settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV]
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and the studio includes a Smart TV with local channels for your entertainment.

[Taxes & utilities]

[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
