Summary:
Welcome to Whalebone, a Rove Travel Home!
Rove offers beautifully designed residences with the quality and care of a 5-star hotel.
The Space:
Experience beachside living at Whalebone, a renovated four-bedroom home with modern interiors and serene bay views. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors bring natural light into the open living and dining area and lead to a deck overlooking the water. On the first floor, a guest bedroom with a full bathroom sits alongside a separate den that offers flexible space for relaxing or additional guests. Upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms include a spacious primary suite with a generous bathroom, while a bright landing offers a quiet spot to read or take in the view.
Outside, spend warm afternoons by the heated in-ground pool, dine on the deck, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A sandy bay beach is approximately 300 feet away, making it easy to enjoy the water throughout your stay. Set in Southampton’s North Sea neighborhood, the home offers a peaceful coastal setting with Southampton Village within easy reach.
The Neighborhood:
North Sea offers a quieter side of Southampton, with calm bay waters and a sandy beach just a short walk from the home. Spend an afternoon on the water or explore the waterfront trail at Conscience Point, a local historic site. Southampton Village is also within easy reach for shopping, dining, and a day at the ocean beach.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge per pet.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $250 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.

Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
