The pet-friendly villa welcomes six guests across three bedrooms and is perfect for adventure-loving families and groups of friends. The surrounding Tamar Valley is full of scenic walking trails to explore, following the river, along quiet country lanes, or through ancient woodland. You’ll also be within easy reach of Dartmoor’s famous Granite Way, which passes approximately 10 miles away. For shopping and eating out, head to the historic town of Tavistock (8.5 miles), home of the cream tea, to browse the independent shops or pick up souvenirs at the pannier market. For history enthusiasts, a trip to the heritage attraction of Morwellham Quay (8 miles) is a must, and for a fun, family day out, The Eden Project is within 30 miles. Nearby National Trust attractions include Lydford Gorge (13 miles) and Cotehele (3 miles).

The villa sits alongside similar properties within a rural holiday village, surrounded by woodland. Inside, the property has a reverse-level layout to really make the most of the fabulous countryside views. After an action-packed day, unwind in the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, where an array of comfortable seating is set around a Smart TV. Tucked in one corner is a kitchen area with everything needed for a self-catering holiday, along with a breakfast bar for perching with a morning coffee. Rounding off the space is a large dining table with bench-style seating for sharing mealtimes as a group. In summer months, throw open the patio doors to the balcony for indoor/outdoor living. All three bedrooms are located downstairs and feature linens and plenty of storage for all your holiday attire. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Outside, sip a glass of wine on your private balcony and take in the far-reaching views whilst the children play on the lawn below. Guests are welcome to explore the 20-acre site, which includes scenic walking trails, along with a pub, restaurant, and shop for all your holiday essentials. You’ll also have access to shared leisure facilities, including two heated swimming pools, a gym, and a children’s play park.
