Located on a quiet residential block near Highway 96 and local businesses, this pet-friendly home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fenced yard, and a converted garage game room with additional sleeping space. Step inside to a welcoming living room featuring a stone fireplace with a light-up feature, a large TV, and a spacious corner sofa bed. Settle into the quiet reading area with comfortable chairs and a bookshelf, or use the large desk to catch up on work during your stay. The spacious kitchen includes a pantry and supplies for preparing meals at home. Gather around the round wooden dining table with six chairs, with additional countertop space in the breakfast area. The home’s sleeping spaces include: - Primary bedroom: A spacious room with an antique bed, a table, and a huge walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a stand-up shower and a modern bathtub for a relaxing soak. - Twin bedroom: Two twin beds, a nightstand, coffee table, TV, and ceiling fan. - Queen bedroom: A queen bed, TV, and table. - Converted garage multipurpose room: A queen bed and sofa bed, alongside a pool table and arcade game machine. - Living room: A large corner sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The twin and queen bedrooms sit to the left of the living room and share the second bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are to the right, with the primary suite adjacent to the dining area. Enjoy friendly competition in the game room, unwind with a movie, or spend time outside in the fully fenced yard with your pets. Whether you’re visiting with family or traveling with a work crew, the home offers comfortable spaces to gather and room to spread out. Please note: The home is on one level with one small step. The converted garage is a combined recreation and sleeping space, additional to the three bedrooms. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, entertainment room, pool area, and the spacious backyard with outdoor seating, dining area, and BBQ. Please enjoy all amenities thoughtfully and help us care for the home during your stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE 🕒 Check-in & check-out Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Check-in up to two hours early or check-out up to two hours late is available for $50 per request, subject to availability and advance approval. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. 🏡 Layout & guest capacity The home accommodates up to 10 guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The converted garage combines a game room with additional sleeping space, including a queen bed and sofa bed. Another sofa bed is in the living room. The home is single-level with one small step and is not step-free. 📺 Entertainment & internet High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Please use your own accounts for TV streaming services and sign out before departure. Treat the pool table and arcade machine with care, and supervise children using the equipment. 🌙 Quiet hours & house rules Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–8:00 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise considerate at all times. Include all overnight guests in your reservation. The minimum age to rent is 21. 🐾 Pet policy A maximum of two pets may be permitted, subject to advance approval. All pets must be declared before arrival, including their number and type. A non-refundable $75 fee per pet applies. Undeclared or unapproved pets will also incur the applicable fee; payment does not replace the approval requirement. Please supervise pets outdoors and clean up after them. 🚭 No smoking Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited anywhere on the property. 🗑️ Trash disposal Please bag household trash and place it in the designated bins. The city charges additional fees for excessive trash. Any extra municipal collection or disposal charges resulting from your stay will be passed on to you. 🚗 Parking Free on-site parking accommodates up to four vehicles. Additional parking requires advance approval. The converted garage is a recreation and sleeping space and is unavailable for vehicle parking. 🔐 Entry & access The home has a digital lock. Your unique access code will be provided before check-in. Please keep the code private and secure the home when leaving. 📷 Exterior security cameras A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entry, and additional exterior cameras monitor the side access gates for security and emergency purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. 🧹 Stays longer than 45 nights For stays exceeding 45 nights, the host will coordinate a mid-stay reset with advance notice. This includes property maintenance, a linen refresh, and a check that house rules are being followed. Guests are responsible for damage they cause during their stay.
