Good to Know Before Booking

Karma Shana is a private villa residence currently in the final stages of development.
Approximately two-thirds of the residence is now completed and fully operational, while development continues within the remaining section of the project.

To help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the residence:

•⁠ ⁠A THB 10,000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected indoors
•⁠ ⁠Pets are not permitted
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
•⁠ ⁠Events and gatherings require prior approval from management
•⁠ ⁠Any unauthorized party or excessive noise may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund

Karma Shana is a private villa residence, not a hotel. As elsewhere on Koh Samui, occasional interruptions to electricity or water may exceptionally occur for reasons outside our control.

A safe is provided for your valuables. Karma Shana Residence cannot be held responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.
