Casa Fronda B is a graceful apartment that is part of an ancient country house situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Piediluco. It sleeps six people. From Casa Fronda B you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the mountains. Casa Fronda B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a small private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Piediluco, where you will find restaurants, shops and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 2.7 km (roughly 1.7 miles), the bus stop at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles) and the closest beach (Miralago Beach Club Piediluco) at 2.2 km (roughly 1.35 miles).
Casa Fronda B is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 17 steps.
To stay at Casa Fronda B, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Fronda B is along a 300-meter (980-foot) unpaved road.

The complex is set in a beautiful rural landscape surrounded by greenery. It includes two buildings divided into apartments and rooms housed in traditional farmhouses, green areas, a swimming pool with a relaxation area. The property also features a restaurant open to external guests, offering traditional local cuisine and products from the farm. Its peaceful setting combines nature, comfort, and the authentic character of the Umbrian countryside, while providing easy access to the lake and the surrounding attractions.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the mountains. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments and bedrooms part of the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Terrace
The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the mountains.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles and has an height of 1.75 meters (5.7 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), as well as a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles and has an height of 1.75 meters (5.7 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
