And when the day starts winding down, head up to the crow`s nest. With beautiful peekaboo ocean views, it`s a lovely spot to catch the coastal breeze and linger a little longer before heading inside.

Some of the best moments at The Roost happen above it all.

After a morning on the sand and an afternoon cooling off in the private pool, make your way upstairs and out through the den to the back deck and crow`s nest. From up here, you`ll catch peekaboo views of the ocean, salty breezes and a different perspective of the island.

On the mid level, the living room, kitchen and dining area give everyone a comfortable place to come together. Step outside to the back deck for dinner around the outdoor table or head down the stairs to the pool for an afternoon in the sun. A front-facing deck gives you another spot to slow down and enjoy the coastal air.

🏡 INSIDE THE ROOST

The mid level is the home`s main gathering space, with the living room, kitchen and dining area all together. Two Queen suites are also located on this floor, each with its own private full bathroom and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, a second den gives the group another place to spread out and includes a twin trundle with two Twin sleeping spaces. The washer and dryer are also located here.

Two additional bedrooms are upstairs—one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen and Twin bed. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Step through the den onto the back deck for access to the crow`s nest and those peekaboo ocean views.

Cool off in the private pool, enjoy a meal on the back deck or find a comfortable spot outside to enjoy the coastal breeze. The back deck connects to the pool area by stairs, while the upstairs deck leads to the crow`s nest for peekaboo ocean views.

An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a trip to the beach or a day by the pool.

Please note that The Roost does not have an elevator. Entry to the home`s main living level requires stairs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Guests under 25 must receive prior approval
• Smoke-free and drug-free property
• Children must be supervised around the pool at all times
• No glass in or around the pool area
• Fire pits, fireworks and deep fryers are prohibited
• Please do not set cooling below 73°F or heating above 73°F

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or failure to make final payment.

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is at 10 am

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur additional fees.

When leaving the property, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed/locked.

Please make sure that all appliances are turned off (stove, television, iron, etc.)

Please set the thermostat accordingly: Please do not set the thermostat below 73 in the summer season or above 73 in the winter season.

No unauthorized pets on the property.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

No diving or glass containers in the pool area.

Elevator use: The elevator is for transporting a person(s) from one floor to another. Please do not utilize the elevator to transport groceries or luggage without person(s) in the elevator. Children are not permitted to utilize the elevator alone. Adult supervision is required. Ensure person(s) utilizing the elevator have a mobile phone on them during elevator use. Close accordion and main doors tightly on all levels. Do not attempt to open elevator doors prior to the call light turning off.

Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use is not permitted on the property.

Underage drinking is not permitted.

Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum, particularly in the late evening until morning.

Report any damage or maintenance issues to the property management company immediately.

Our properties are individually owned, so please respect them as if they were your own.

Do not exceed the maximum capacity for parking spaces.

Do not jump from balconies, windows, or furniture.

Be cautious of areas with steps or tripping hazards.
