A TERRACE TO MAKE YOUR OWN

Step out from the kitchen into a welcoming outdoor corner framed by plants, climbing greenery and the warm colours of the surrounding buildings. Seating, an outdoor table and a retractable awning make the terrace a lovely setting for an unhurried coffee, an aperitivo or dinner after a day of exploring. It is the kind of space that turns a simple pause into part of the holiday.

A HOME WITH ROMAN CHARACTER

Herringbone parquet runs through interiors filled with traditional wooden furniture, paintings, mirrors and bookshelves. An upright piano adds a distinctive touch to the setting. The living room, with its sofa, armchair and television, offers a comfortable place to read, chat or put your feet up after visiting Rome's squares and museums. These are lived-in, characterful spaces with details to discover, rather than a one-size-fits-all holiday interior.

TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS

Each bedroom has a large double bed, with bed linen and towels provided. One pairs a dark headboard with an ornate mirror and classic furniture; the other features a decorative white headboard, a wooden chest of drawers and light curtains. A sofa bed brings the maximum sleeping capacity to 6 guests. The two bathrooms offer different options: one has a bathtub, the other a glass-enclosed shower, and both have a bidet. A hairdryer and toiletries are also provided.

EVERYDAY COMFORT, YOUR WAY

The wooden kitchen, breakfast counter with stools and patterned flooring make cooking part of the pleasure of staying here. Equipment includes a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine add everyday convenience. A cot is available on request and should be arranged before arrival.

DISCOVER TRASTEVERE

From Viale Glorioso, set out to explore Trastevere's squares, small shops and trattorias. Visit Santa Maria in Trastevere, continue towards Piazza Trilussa and the Tiber, or take an uphill walk towards the Janiculum for a different perspective on Rome. Afterwards, return to the greenery of the terrace and the welcoming atmosphere of Casa Flavia.

GOOD TO KNOW

The apartment is on the first floor above ground level, with a lift. There are steps along the approach to the building, so the access is not described as step-free. The entrance courtyard is shared with the building. Check-in is between 3 pm and 11 pm by arrangement; check-out is by 10 am. Our team welcomes you in person with a welcome bottle. Public parking is available in the surrounding area and may incur a charge; no private parking space is included. Transfers and additional services can be arranged on request, subject to availability and agreed charges. Pets and parties are not permitted.
