This spectacular apartment on the 6th floor, with elevator access, offers a spacious, modern, and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families, friends, business trips, or extended stays.
Enjoy a bright open-concept living room with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, along with a spacious dining table perfect for sharing meals, working, or studying. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
You’ll also find a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, providing all the comforts of home.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms and 5 beds for up to 9 guests:
• Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed + 1 single/double bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds
You’ll also have 3 modern full bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hair dryer.
The apartment includes portable fans, heating, and one free assigned parking space.

🔐 For security reasons, some reservations may require an in-person welcome to verify that the person who made the reservation is the person staying at the property.
We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons, such as odors or perceptions of cleanliness.
Guest Access:
Access & Important Information
You’ll have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your stay. Upon arrival, a building security guard will welcome you and assist you with the initial access. Once inside, you’ll be able to enter the apartment easily and securely using the smart lock.
For security and registration purposes, we kindly ask that you provide a valid ID for all adults included in the reservation at least one day before arrival.
🚗 Parking: The parking area is exclusively suitable for compact cars. There is no assigned parking space. Please leave your car keys on the windshield, as the parking attendant may need to move the vehicle when necessary.

Important information to know before booking:
There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.
There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1,500 MXN penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially no loud music or noise after 10 pm or before 8 am, or face a $1,500 MXN fine. We must respect the neighbors.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
