The treehouse is reached by an outdoor staircase. Inside are a queen sleeping area, a twin daybed that doubles as a couch, a loft sleeping area, one full bathroom and an equipped kitchenette. The covered lower deck includes the sauna, cowboy pool, porch swing, outdoor dining and seating. Guests have private use of the treehouse, lower deck and designated gravel parking.

The property intentionally does not offer WiFi to encourage guests to disconnect.

Please Note: the property has a cowboy pool, which is a small pool. Please do not confuse this with a cold plunge or a hot tub. It is neither. It is a great amenity or a refreshing dip in cool weather.

Guests have private use of the entire treehouse, loft, lower covered deck, sauna, cowboy pool and designated gravel parking. Locked owner or supply storage is not available to guests.

The treehouse is set in the wooded hills around Robbins, Tennessee, near Brimstone Recreation and the outdoor attractions of the Cumberland Plateau. The setting is quiet and rural, making it a strong base for off-road adventures, hiking, couples’ getaways and small-family trips.

A personal vehicle is required. The area is rural and is not walkable to shops, restaurants or trailheads, and public transportation is not available. Roads and the gravel parking area may be affected by heavy rain or winter weather, so guests should check conditions before traveling.

This elevated woodland property has exterior stairs and a loft, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility or very young children without close supervision. Follow all posted sauna and cowboy pool instructions. Rural surroundings can include insects, wildlife and changing weather. An exterior security camera monitors the parking and entry area only; there are no indoor cameras.
