This spacious 3 bedroom townhome features two primary suites, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private deck with pergola. Spend your days golfing the Arnold Palmer course, exploring nearby trails, or discovering the wonders of Crater Lake.

Alderwood`s open living area is the heart of the home, with soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a gas fireplace that makes cooler evenings especially inviting. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, so everyone can enjoy time together, whether preparing dinner or relaxing after a full day of exploring.
One of Alderwood`s best features is its thoughtful bedroom layout. With two primary suites, including one on the main level, couples and families can enjoy their own space and privacy. Three full bathrooms and an additional half bath make mornings and evenings easy, even when traveling as a group.
The main level primary suite also features a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a round of golf or a day on the trails.
Outside, the private deck and custom pergola offer another place to gather. Surrounded by mature trees and landscaped grounds, it`s a lovely extension of the home during warmer months.

Your stay includes 6 resort access cards, providing access to the resort`s indoor swimming pool, shared hot tub, and fitness center. Guests can also enjoy scenic walking trails throughout the resort. The Arnold Palmer designed golf course is available for an additional fee.
Parking & Garage Access
Guests may use the driveway and designated outdoor areas to park. Please note that the garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests.
