The driveway accommodates up to 4 medium-size vehicles. HOA regulations prohibit parking on the street or lawn. Vehicles parked in prohibited areas after 11:00 PM may be towed at the guest's expense.

The property receives professional quarterly pest-control treatments. As with any home in Florida's tropical climate, an occasional insect may still find its way indoors. Keeping exterior doors closed will help prevent this.
