Welcome to La Bergerie, located in Saint-Geniès in the Dordogne, between Sarlat and Montignac-Lascaux, at the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Designed for 2 to 4 guests, La Bergerie combines the peaceful charm of the countryside with modern comfort. The 50 m² cottage offers 2 bedrooms, reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms for year-round comfort, high-speed fiber internet, and a private pool (3.5 x 7 m) secured by a cover and heated from May to September. Enjoy the spacious terrace with an awning facing the pool, a sheltered area with barbecue and plancha for relaxing moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The property is fully fenced and welcomes up to 2 pets. Access is via a country lane, with parking next to the cottage inside the fenced area. Your hosts live on site and maintain the pool. A welcome booklet is provided.
Enjoy a privileged setting on 22 hectares, with views over the Périgord countryside, fields and woods as far as the eye can see. Spot deer, hares, does, as well as our sheep and our goat "Princess".
Ideally located for exploring the Périgord Noir: Sarlat-la-Canéda, Montignac-Lascaux, and many tourist sites. Just 3.5 km from the village center of Saint-Geniès, with shops and services nearby. Don’t miss the Sunday morning market and the night market every Wednesday in July and August.
