Located just minutes from Bennetts Beach and Jimmy’s Beach, The Treehouse gives you the best of both worlds — a secluded bushland setting with the beach, cafés, walking tracks and Myall Lakes National Park all close by.

Professional housekeeping, quality linen and bath towels are included, so you can simply arrive, settle in and relax.

The Space

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds dressed in high-quality linen, plush pillows, bath towels, robes and ceiling fans.

The open living area is a cosy place to unwind, with a fireplace for winter evenings, comfortable furnishings and leafy views that make you feel completely tucked away amongst the trees.

The home also features reverse-cycle air conditioning, providing heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

Firewood is provided during the winter months of June to August.

A garden hose is also available at the front of the property for your convenience.

Important Information

Access: The accommodation is located upstairs and is accessed via a tall and steep staircase. Unfortunately, this may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties, young children or anyone who is unsteady on their feet.

Downstairs renovation: The detached downstairs level of the property is currently undergoing renovation, with completion scheduled for 2027. It is completely separate from the upstairs accommodation and no renovation work will take place during your stay.

Wildlife & nature: The Treehouse is genuinely immersed in nature. You may encounter resident bush turkeys, possums, kookaburras, tawny frogmouth owls and other native wildlife during your stay. As part of this natural setting, guests may also occasionally encounter insects, spiders and lizards. If you are particularly sensitive to these elements or are a serious arachnophobe, this close-to-nature experience may not be the right fit for you.

Pets: At this stage, pets cannot be accommodated. The property is not securely fenced and does not provide a safe enclosed area for animals. Unauthorised pets brought onto the property may incur an additional cleaning and sanitation fee.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
