Just one block from Willamette St, you’ll find an abundance of shopping, restaurants, bookstores, dog parks, swimming pools, and more—right at your doorstep! The University of Oregon and Hayward Field are just 2 miles away, an easy 8-minute drive.
The home includes one driveway parking space, with plenty of free street parking available right in front.

3 bedroom home - 1100 sq ft. - mainly single level - Ductless heat Pump
Level 1:
Bedroom 1: California King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Through the kitchen is the mudroom with washer/dryer and a door to the outside deck.
