This 30 day minimum stay property has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and is a 5 min walk to two open-space trail systems. It`s a 15 min drive to Boulder, and 5 min to a dog park w/ epic mountain views. There is a King bed in the primary suite (Sleep Number, adjustable), and queens throughout the rest of the house. Enjoy the sunken living room w/ fireplace, updated kitchen, dog-friendly mudroom, fully fenced yard, shaded multi-level deck. Walk to parks, trails, Lulu`s BBQ, The Huckleberry & Sweet Cow.


Step through the red front door into a warm entryway with rich wood accents, opening to a vaulted-ceiling dining and sitting area just off the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with modern stainless appliances including a gas range, French-door fridge, and dishwasher. A dedicated work nook with a view makes remote work easy, right alongside a large sunken living room with a fireplace, TV, and a well-loved book collection. This level also has a dog-friendly mudroom (our `dog palace`) with direct yard access through a pet door, plus a fully remodeled bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, a bedroom, and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat: a spacious bedroom with a king-size Sleep Number bed featuring fully adjustable head and foot lift and dual chambers, so everyone sleeps comfortably. The spa-style bath has a soaking tub, a separate glass shower, dual vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall you`ll find two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and double closets, and a fully upgraded bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Downstairs offers even more flexible living: a play/lounge area and a huge 5th bedroom with a queen bed and its own closet, plus plenty of room to spread out.

Outside, a large multi-level deck sits shaded under our redbud trees — perfect for morning coffee or evening grilling — and the fully fenced backyard is built for dogs and kids to run free.

The trail connects with Louisville’s larger trail network leading toward Harper Lake, Davidson Mesa, and Louisville Reservoir. Enjoy a short neighborhood walk or follow the approximately eight-mile connected route through open space, around the lake, and toward beautiful Front Range views.

Davidson Mesa features a 5K soft-surface loop, sweeping mountain views, and a fenced off-leash dog area approximately five minutes from the house. Harper Lake is a peaceful 29-acre lake located within the Leon Wurl Wildlife Sanctuary.
