Enjoy your days relaxing on the large covered front porch or in the ski chairs down by the lake. Guests will find everything they need in the fully-stocked kitchen complete with coffee bar, microwave/air fryer combo, and full-size oven and refrigerator. The accommodating bathroom features a 5 ft walk-in shower with glass doors, a nice-sized vanity with large mirror as well as a washer/dryer combo. The two bedrooms each feature queen beds and smart TVs, and a queen sofa bed is also available for additional guests. Parking in grass at the cottage is allowed.

This friendly neighborhood is very walkable. Guests can easily go from dining at The Sportsman Inn (https://www.sportsmaninn.com/) to after-dinner drinks and dancing on the largest boat in Indiana - The Madam Carroll (https://madamcarroll.com/), or playing virtual golf at The County Line Bar & Grill. The Whyte Horse Winery is also nearby and serves fabulous pizzas, great wine, and craft beers. Of course, guests can also just hang down by the water and take in the scenic views of Lake Freeman.

A short drive to the north side of Monticello will take you to even more that our little town has to offer. There are only about 300 Drive-In Movie Theaters left in the US and we happen to have one! The Lakeshore Drive-In Theatre (https://www.monticellomovies.com/lake-shore-drive-in) has 2 screens and shows a total of 4 movies every Friday and Saturday night from May-October. "The movie might be the main event... but the experience is what brings people back.
