Windows must be closed when not in the property and all doors locked. Failure to do this will allow the host to access the property to secure and a £250 fine will be charged.
Please note: Before check-in, you will also be given the choice between paying a refundable damage deposit or providing us details to pre-authorise the deposit amount.
For long term stays over 30 nights, we require a refundable damage deposit which will returned after check-out after inspection of the property.
