This three-bedroom house is located on the corner of Hertford Place and King Street and recently undergone an extensive renovation and been decorated to the highest spec. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises of a bay-fronted reception room, a fully equipped kitchen/diner and an ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms; a master super-king bedroom (can be twinned) with a door opening out onto the balcony offering brief sea views, further a second super-king bedroom (can be twinned) plus a family bathroom as well as a separate cloakroom.

The sought after coastal town of Aldeburgh is centrally positioned on the Suffolk Heritage Coastline with recreational facilities including sailing, golf, fishing and walking. It also provides a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, public houses, bakers and an independent cinema. Thorpeness, Snape Maltings – the home of the Aldeburgh Music Festival, Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere are also close by.

A great area for a traditional beach holiday or a base for exploring this wonderful part of the Suffolk coastline no matter what the season.
