No Generator:
Please note that the property does not have a backup generator. Puerto Rico may occasionally experience unexpected electrical outages caused by the local utility provider. These situations are outside of the host’s control.

Entrance Gate:
The property currently does not have an entrance gate installed. A new gate is being custom manufactured and is pending installation. Guests can still access and use the property normally, but please keep this in mind before booking.

Residential Neighborhood:
Casa Malpica is located in a quiet residential community. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.
