Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a bright 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All the rooms in the flat are on the same floor.
The flat is laid out as follows:
– A 35 m² living room with a TV (Netflix access) and a sofa.
– A kitchen opening onto the living area with a breakfast bar, equipped with an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs and more…
– Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with a double bed (140x190), a wardrobe and a desk area (16 m²).
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.
To ensure your comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a washing machine and access to the Netflix streaming service.
The flat is situated in the Saint-Pierre – René II – Marcel Brot neighbourhood, south-east of Nancy city centre. It is a young and vibrant neighbourhood, home to numerous schools and universities (the University of Lorraine, the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Lycée Claude Daunot), and right next to Nancy Central Hospital.
Heritage and must-see attractions:
- Place Stanislas, dating from the 18th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983, is home to the Grand Hôtel de la Reine, the Opera House and the Museum of Fine Arts — an excellent starting point for exploring the old town (around 1.6 km from the accommodation).
