Our home has everything you need within steps of the front door. The home is located on a busy street, however it is set back off the road and traffic dies down after the workday. Enjoy our large backyard deck perfect for entertaining and relaxation. 2.8mi to Hayward field & 5th St. Public Market, 8.3 mi to Riverbend Hospital.

The Neighborhood:

Small, locally-owned businesses abound in our neighborhood, many within easy walking distance. You’ll discover markets offering fine organic produce and products and regional wines from the vineyards of Oregon; locally-owned bookstore where you will be greeted by the owner; cafes and bistros, and farmers markets, to name just a few.



In the past several years, eco-friendly townhouse developments have sprouted out around the neighborhood’s central hub at Friendly and 28th, adding an urban touch generally not found elsewhere in Eugene outside of the downtown area.



Try 16 Tons Cafe next door for Wandering Goat coffee beer, and crepes, then Nature’s Pet Market to treat Rover or Fido to the best. Down the block, enjoy a glass of braggot, a beer and mead hybrid, at Viking Braggot Co. then go to Capella Market, one of Eugene’s oldest and most-loved organic groceries
