The bright and welcoming living area is the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. Unwind by the cozy wood-burning fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or curl up on the queen sleeper sofa with a good book. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck overlooking the peaceful wooded surroundings, offering a quiet place to enjoy Vermont's natural beauty.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four, making it the perfect place to gather for breakfast before hitting the slopes or dinner after a day of adventure.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, creating a relaxing retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Killington. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
