Building employees oversee the property and its shared amenities but do not manage this reservation or provide in-unit guest services. All questions, requests, maintenance concerns and service needs related to your stay must be directed to Guaranteed Rental™.

Guests have private use of the entire condominium and shared access to the designated residential amenities permitted by the building.

Subject to building rules, availability, maintenance, weather and operating conditions, registered guests may have access to:

Building amenities and services are not controlled by the property owner or Guaranteed Rental™. They may be modified, restricted or temporarily unavailable without notice. The interruption or unavailability of an amenity does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Only guests included and registered on the reservation are permitted inside the residence or on the property. Unregistered daytime and overnight visitors are not allowed.

Anyone who will visit during the stay must be included in the reservation’s guest count. Maximum occupancy is six people at all times, including adults, children, infants, overnight guests and daytime visitors.

Building security may deny entry to unregistered individuals.

UPPER POOL RENOVATION

The upper pool is currently closed for renovation and should be completed by April 2027. The lower oceanfront pool and beach area remain available from sunrise to sunset, subject to building operations, maintenance and weather.
