Retreat at Delano is designed to accommodate different group sizes. This reservation is specifically for the private two-bedroom section. The property also has a separate one-bedroom apartment that may be rented independently and occupied by other guests during your stay.

Traveling with more family or friends? Depending on availability, you can reserve the entire property, giving your group both the two-bedroom section and one-bedroom apartment.

Delano offers the slower pace and beautiful scenery of rural Tennessee, so a personal vehicle is recommended. You may occasionally see wildlife or insects that are simply part of country living.

Check-In & Check-Out
Please follow the check-in and check-out times provided with your reservation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval.

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please keep music, TVs, and outdoor conversations at a respectful volume.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.

Shared Property
Retreat at Delano #2 is part of a larger property and Retreat at Delano #1 may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours.

Septic System
This home operates on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes of any kind—even those labeled “flushable”—feminine products, paper towels, diapers, grease, or other items. Please do not pour grease or food waste down the drains.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly when smoking outdoors.

No pets allowed

Please treat the home, furnishings, linens, and surrounding property with care. Report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.

Before You Leave
Please place trash in the designated area, wash or load used dishes, gather personal belongings, and make sure doors and windows are secured.
