Items to Note Before Booking:



- Please confirm you have read and agreed to all house rules prior to booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to review them.



- The built-in sound system is not available for guest use, as we want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. If you’d like to enjoy music during your stay, we kindly ask that you bring a small portable speaker and keep the volume at a considerate level.



Pet Policy

Pet Limit — Up to two pets are permitted per stay.



Pet Fee — A $45 per‑stay pet fee applies. This covers additional cleaning, sanitation, and pet hair removal required after a pet stay.



House‑Trained Requirement — Pets must be fully house‑trained, well‑behaved, and suitable for an unfamiliar environment.



Supervision — Pets may not be left unattended in the home for extended periods. Unattended pets can cause noise disturbances, stress, or property damage.



Guest Responsibility — Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet indoors and outdoors.



Damage & Extra Cleaning — Any excessive mess, damage, or additional cleaning required (including stained bedding, odors, or sanitation needs) may result in extra charges.



Outdoor Use — Dogs must use the backyard only. Front yard use is not permitted to protect the grass.





Mid‑Stay Housekeeping for Extended Stays (14+ Nights)



To ensure the home remains fresh, comfortable, and impeccably maintained throughout your stay, full housekeeping service is required for all reservations longer than 14 nights. A complete clean — including bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and a full linen and towel refresh — will be performed on day 14, and every 14 days thereafter until checkout. Housekeeping fees are billed separately $330/clean. A starter pack of consumables is provided at check‑in; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional household items needed for the remainder of their stay.
