Welcome to QC Stay & Play, a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Charlotte home for families and groups. Relax in the private hot tub, watch a game on the covered patio's outdoor TV, gather around the fire table, or head upstairs for PS5 and arcade games. Two living spaces give everyone room to spread out, and a park and playground sit directly across the street. Uptown and Camp North End are minutes away.

YOUR PRIVATE SPACE
This reservation includes the entire 4-bedroom main house and its private yard, hot tub, and patio. A separate guest suite sits above the detached garage behind the house. It has its own entrance and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. The garage and separate suite are not included in this reservation.

LIVING & GAMES
The main living room connects to the kitchen and dining area, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. Upstairs, the game loft has a Smart TV, PS5 with two controllers, two arcade machines, and lounge seating for time together between Charlotte adventures.

PRIVATE BACKYARD
Enjoy a private hot tub, covered patio, outdoor Smart TV, fire pit table, lounge seating, and propane grill in the fenced yard.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook at home with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and cookware. A Keurig with complimentary coffee, hot-water kettle, and reverse-osmosis drinking water are provided. The dining table seats six, with four more seats at the kitchen island. A high chair is available.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1: king bed, ensuite bathroom, and dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 2: queen bed.
Bedroom 3: queen bed.
Bedroom 4: full/double bed with a twin/single trundle.

The five bedroom beds provide nine sleeping places. Please message us before booking for ten to discuss the additional loft sleeping arrangement. The main-house listing accommodates no more than ten guests; the separate garage suite is not part of this reservation.

Bedrooms include linens, Smart TVs, clothing storage, and bedside lighting. There are three full bathrooms, including the primary bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided.

EVERYDAY CONVENIENCES
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, an in-home washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and free on-site parking are included. Family amenities include a crib, travel crib/Pack 'n Play, high chair, children's books and toys, and board games.

EXPLORE CHARLOTTE
The home is in Charlotte's Double Oaks area, near Camp North End and Uptown. Enjoy the park and playground across the street, then explore Optimist Hall, NoDa, museums, restaurants, and Charlotte's sporting venues. Driving or rideshare is a convenient way to get around, with access to I-77 nearby. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in begins at 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
No more than 14 people may be on the property at one time, including overnight guests and visitors. Visitors who are not staying overnight must leave by 9:30 PM. Visitor allowance does not increase overnight capacity.
Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Please respect the residential setting and our neighbors.
One pet weighing up to 25 pounds is welcome, with a $150 pet fee per stay. Hypoallergenic pets are strongly preferred. Include pets in your booking details; service animals are not subject to the pet fee.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. Additional cleaning or odor-remediation charges may apply if indoor smoking occurs.
An exterior Ring doorbell camera is located at the front of the house. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit are provided.
