Located at the rear of the owner's property, the guesthouse offers privacy and a peaceful environment while still being close to local amenities. With an open plan living, dining, and kitchen space, it’s perfect for short to medium-term stays. Enjoy the outdoors, whether by the firepit in winter or a meal al fresco.

Wembley Nook Retreat is ideally located just a few minutes from St. John of God Subiaco and a short walk to Modus Coffee café. Enjoy the nearby Cambridge Food Court, a food haven offering delicious Asian cuisine, or take a short drive to Floreat Forum for shopping and dining. Explore the beautiful Lake Monger Reserve, only a 15-minute walk away, or head into Perth City, just a 13-minute drive. With easy access to major roads and public transport, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Welcome to Wembley Nook Retreat, a modern and self-contained two-bedroom granny flat located in the peaceful suburb of Wembley. This newly built guesthouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and modern design, making it ideal for visitors, short to medium-term stays, or guests seeking a quiet getaway.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas create a spacious and inviting atmosphere, and the bathroom doubles as a laundry area, adding extra convenience. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and simplicity, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Step outside to your large private patio area, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Whether you’re chilling by the firepit in winter or having a meal outside in the warmer months, the outdoor space adds to the appeal of the property. The exterior is thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings and offers privacy from the main house, which is located at the front of the property.
Although the owner’s property is visible, they respect your privacy, and access to the guesthouse is via the back alleyway. Street parking is available outside the alleyway, but please check street signs for parking restrictions.

Please note: The owner’s property is located in the front and is separated by a black screen and a few steps down. The owner requests privacy and will also respect yours during your stay. Access to the guesthouse is via the back alleyway, and street parking is available outside of the alleyway.

Please note this is a granny flat house at the back of the owner's property. Access to this unit is a seperate back alleyway entrance. The owner front property is seperated by a few steps down as well as a black screen divider. Strictly no access is allowed past the black screen and guests are NOT ALLOWED to go down the steps into the owner's property under any circumstances. Full privacy will be given to the guest staying in the granny flat and owners request for their privacy as well.
