"Inselsonne" Vacation Apartment – Staying Under Historic Vaulted Arches on Reichenau Island
Character Meets Comfort: The "Inselsonne" is a 51 m² duplex apartment located in the heart of Reichenau Island, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Whitewashed vaulted arches, exposed fieldstone masonry, and old wooden beams provide the backdrop for a modern, lovingly designed interior. And right outside the door, you can unwind on the terrace.

Living & Dining
The dining table stands beneath the vaulted ceiling, perfect for leisurely breakfasts and long evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped: four-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the dishes and cooking utensils you’ll need on vacation.

Bedroom & Bathroom
A staircase leads up to the open sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed above the vaulted room. Bedding and towels are included; we’re happy to provide a travel crib and high chair upon request. There’s also a modern shower room with a heated towel rack.

The highlight: the south-facing terrace
On the large south-facing terrace, you’ll enjoy sunshine from morning to night: breakfast in the morning sun, and a glass of wine to round off the day. And if you feel like getting out and about, Reichenau is perfect for biking and hiking—past vineyards, nurseries, and the three Romanesque monastery churches.
