The outdoor area is a tranquil oasis framed by Mediterranean plants and white stone accents. A heated 8x4-meter pool with an adjacent heated shower is surrounded by sun loungers set on a heated terrace floor for added comfort during cooler evenings. Guests can prepare meals on the stone grill and enjoy outdoor dining at a table for eight, complemented by a convenient outdoor sink. A children’s playground with a trampoline provides additional entertainment for younger guests.



The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a spacious living area, a large comfortable sofa, and an LCD TV. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table for eight creates an inviting atmosphere for shared meals, while a water dispenser with hot and cold options adds convenience. A guest toilet is also located on this level.



The first floor hosts four bedrooms, each approximately 30 m² and designed with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms include king-size beds and bathtubs, while the remaining two offer twin beds that can be joined together, with bathrooms equipped with showers. Every bedroom features a private balcony with seating, and three balconies provide views of the Adriatic Sea.



The basement is dedicated to wellness, offering a gym and sauna along with two additional showers—one near the gym and another by the sauna—and a toilet. A tavern with a separate entrance provides a welcoming space for small gatherings or special occasions.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the heated pool, gym, sauna, tavern, terraces, playground, and all interior living spaces. Free on-site parking for up to four vehicles is available, along with table tennis and family-friendly amenities such as a baby cot and high chair.

The pebble beach is approximately 150 meters away, and the village center is about 300 meters from the property. Split is located around 27 km away, while Trogir is a short drive from the villa.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A security deposit of €2,000 applies.
