The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned flat with sea views for rent in Cap-d'Ail. With a floor area of 28 m², it can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Located on the 4th floor, it comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The lift goes up two floors; the rest of the way is via the stairs.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a sofa and TV, and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, hobs…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom (with bath)
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- An infinity pool, shared with other residents, accessible via a keycard and open from April to the end of September. Opening dates are subject to change and may vary at the residence’s discretion.
- A 10 m² west-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying sunny days, with a dining area
