SkyView Rentals is delighted to welcome Tennessee Whiskey back to our luxury property collection.
Some homes are built. Tennessee Whiskey was thoughtfully crafted—with distinctive details, inviting spaces, and room for everyone to make lasting Smoky Mountain memories.
Located in The Summit on Bluff Mountain, this custom estate makes an impressive first impression, from its spacious paved parking to its striking 8-foot entry door. Inside, the great room pairs custom woodwork and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping mountain views. At its heart, a dramatic 20-foot custom gas fireplace brings everyone together.
The gourmet kitchen is made for gathering, featuring a Wolf six-burner gas range, pot filler, built-in oven, two oversized refrigerators, and a large island with bar seating. Nearby, a custom log-slab dining table seats 20 beneath picture windows, with a second table offering even more room. A bar and fireplace nook provide another cozy spot to unwind. Just off the kitchen, the enclosed patio invites you to enjoy the scenery in any weather, with two indoor gas grills and a 75-inch 4K TV.
The estate features six oversized king suites, each with a private bathroom, fireplace, 50-inch 4K TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. One suite is ADA accessible and includes a roll-in shower and custom bath. Twin XL sleeping nooks offer extra space for younger guests.
There's entertainment for everyone, too. Settle in for movie night in the private theater room, featuring a large movie screen and seating for 11. Or cross the catwalk—supported by Tennessee Whiskey-stamped steel beams—to the game room for pool, air hockey, arcade games, and PlayStation 4.
On the lower level, enjoy a swim in the private indoor heated pool, then head outside to relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit. A waterfall and panoramic mountain views set the scene. Outdoors, you'll also find a five-hole putt-putt course, a live koi pond, and another waterfall feature.
Grand gatherings, thoughtful comforts, and unforgettable mountain views—Tennessee Whiskey is a Smoky Mountain getaway all its own.
