Welcome to the Palm House. Inspired by a bespoke blend of Swedish and Japanese design with a tropical sensibility, this home was made for groups who vacation to Austin to celebrate. Whether you're in town for a wedding, a milestone event, or a long-overdue reunion, this is where your crew comes back to every night.

With 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests comfortably, there's room for the whole wedding party, both families, or the entire team.

The Palm is a 3,400 sq ft residence built in 2021 on a 7,000 sq ft lot. A private, gated extended driveway accommodates four vehicles: two in the garage and two outside, with an abundance of parking outside on the main neighborhood street.

Living & Sleeping:

Spread across three floors, the home offers three living rooms, three bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms:
• 2 king beds
• 1 queen bed
• 2 twin beds
• 2 sofa beds
• An oversized 10-person sectional that sleeps 2
• Blowup beds upon request (a $60 charge will be applied to each extra individual after 14 people, per night)

Kitchen & Dining:

The full luxury chef's kitchen features a dedicated coffee and matcha station and a black marble island with seating for four. The kitchen itself is fully stacked to take on the every day chef. The formal dining table seats ten, making it ideal for shared meals and celebrations, followed by an extensive array of glassware.

Outdoor Living:
The grounds offer a resort-style retreat surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Highlights include a 7,000-gallon pool (5 ft deep), spacious front and back lawns for hosting, a cozy 8 person fire pit lounge, ambient exterior lighting throughout, and mosquito-repellent torches around the property. We also have a new weber grill for the individuals who plan on grilling out for the party!

Entertainment:

Smart TVs on the first and third floors, a dedicated music and vinyl record listening station located in the 1st living room, with about 25 records to choose from to fit any mood and occasion. A bar cart stacked with boardgames. And lastly, an approachable yoga / workout section with free weights and mats.

Privacy:
The compound is fully gated with one entry point. Guests have the entire home to themselves during their stay. There is a shared property within the gates, also acting as another BNB. There are no cameras within the home, but there are 4 exterior cameras acting as security for your safety and ours - covering the driveway, garage, main door, and backyard.

Check-in:
Self check-in, with optional in person. The front door has a smart keypad, to where you will receive a tailored code for you - before your arrival. A clicker for the garage and gate is left inside for you to use throughout your stay. Parking is available for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars outside. Street parking is free and can possibly hold up to 10 cars.

Small gatherings like rehearsal dinners are welcome with advance approval. Full weddings and XL unapproved parties are not permitted on-site.


About the Creators!

We are Nicholas and Victoria - A couple with one single goal - to provide the highest hospitable experience for you. We took it upon ourselves to design with intent, remodel, and furnish this newly built home ourselves! The palm is managed by us personally, so you'll be dealing with us directly, not a big management company - which means we’ll be just a message away during your stay and will be able to meet any demands should they arise! We are also fully licensed with the City of Austin as a short-term rental.

We designed the home in mind for the wedding groups specifically. But for any occasion, you will absolutely love not just the home, but the location as well, as it’s in a very quiet neighborhood right outside the city itself. The house comfortably sleeps up to 14, so your group will have plenty of room to spread out. You're about 4 minutes from downtown, so getting to Rainey or 6th Street (which is our most popular area) is extremely quick and hassle free.

If you'd like to make the weekend extra special, we can also help arrange add-ons like a private chef, bartender, transportation, or a glam setup for getting ready before a night out. For all of our wedding groups, we also leave a very sincere welcoming gift to accommodate your very bright ceremony & stay.
