A proposito di questa bungalow struttura in affitto
Have fun with the whole family!. Our modern A-frame cabin set in the trees of Groveland, just a short drive from Yosemite.
The cabin has been recently updated with clean, modern finishes while still keeping the character of a classic A-frame. The open living area features high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, and the layout works well for families or small groups with three bedrooms (+loft queen sofabed) and two full bathrooms.
Please be advised that our cabin is located within a gated HOA community with specific vehicle and access requirements:
- A parking fee of $50 per vehicle applies for all guests. This fee is valid for up to 7 days and is payable directly at the Main Gate upon entry, where a dash permit will be issued.
- Upon booking, please confirm the number of vehicles you will be bringing, along with the details of each (make/model, color, and license plate number), so we can complete the required vehicle registration.
The complete HOA guidelines and rules will be provided after booking.
