The kitchen is set up for a normal stay, with a washer and dryer and 3.5 bathrooms. The house is two stories. One bedroom is on the main floor. The other bedrooms are up the stairs. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets. Message us on Vrbo with questions about your stay.


Guest access
You have the whole house, including the loft and the balcony. Off limits: the owner closet, the supply closet, and the attic. Park in the assigned spaces in front of the home, on the garage pavement, at the yellow curb, or in the community parking spots. Do not park in front of a neighbor's house. The neighborhood is gated. Arrival details are sent after you book.

Other details to note
No parties. Only the guests named on the reservation may stay. Trash pickup is Wednesday and Saturday morning. If you are here Tuesday or Friday, take the bins to the curb. Starter supplies are provided. Please restock anything you use up. Do not set hot pans on the granite. Makeup wipes are fine. Please do not use towels or washcloths to remove makeup.

House rules
Check-in: 5:00 PM to midnight. Checkout: before 11:00 AM. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Maximum 6 guests. No commercial photography or filming.

Kindly review ALL house rules BEFORE making a reservation. ONLY guests listed on the reservation are allowed; ADDITIONAL guests/VISITORS are not permitted. PARTIES are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the reservation being CANCELLED with NO refund and a $3,000 fine. Please let us know in advance if you need a late checkout. Shipping things to the house without prior permission is prohibited. We will not be responsible for any lost and missing items. Makeup wipes ok. Do not use towels to remove makeup or they will get stained. Please don't leave makeup stains on the pillowcases, bed sheets, or comforters. If we have to replace the bedding, you will be charged for the replacements. Do not park in front of the neighbors house. Please use the assigned parking spaces (front of the property/garage pavement, unmarked yellow/red curb, community parking lots). Please no SMOKING of any kind ANYWHERE on the property or we will have you evicted. No HOT pots/plates/cups on the granite countertops. Please treat like your home. Guest staying on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS are requested to take the TRASH and BINS outside the curb for trash day. Trash days are Wednesday and Saturday mornings. We provide INITIAL supplies only; restock as needed at local stores nearby. Before you leave, please clean your space, turn off the lights and lock up the house.

Safety and access
Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, back door, and front of the house. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed. Guests must climb stairs.

Family amenities
A travel crib (Pack N Play) and baby monitor are available on request. Please request them before arrival.
