Located on the second floor of a former sewing factory that was converted into apartments, this spacious 4-bedroom retreat puts you close to Shippensburg University, downtown, restaurants, shops and everything the area has to offer.
Inside, vintage-inspired music artwork and rock ’n’ roll touches give the apartment a fun personality without sacrificing the things that matter most during a stay: comfortable sleeping spaces, room for your group to spread out, a full kitchen and private laundry.
With accommodations for up to 9 guests, The Needle & Groove works especially well for families, groups of friends, university visits, sporting events, reunions, work trips and longer stays.
The space
The apartment includes:

* 1 full bathroom with shower
* Full kitchen with full-size range/oven

The kitchen opens into the main living area, making it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having four separate bedrooms when it’s time to settle in for the night.
One of our favorite things about the apartment is its character. This isn’t a cookie-cutter hotel room. The building has a past, and we’ve embraced some of that vintage personality while giving the apartment a fun music-inspired identity of its own.
To help us provide a safe and well-cared-for home for every guest, a signed rental agreement and security deposit authorization are required after booking. Both must be completed before check-in instructions and property access information are released. This property is also a strict non-party property—parties, events, gatherings, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
