Welcome to your quiet, fully furnished home-away-from home on the edge of Aurora. This 1020 square foot ground floor condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a comfortable open-plan common living area leading into private bedroom escapes.

Open the front door and enter the warm and welcoming living room, featuring a dual-reclining La-Z-Boy couch, with a moveable side table and a Smart TV. A candlelit fireplace adds character to the room, making it an inviting place to relax after a long day. From the living room, you also have direct access to the private deck which backs to a quiet interior greenbelt (not the parking lot!), and includes outdoor seating for enjoying fresh air and quiet mornings or evenings.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. It includes a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pantry shelves, 12-cup coffee pot, single-serving Keurig, rice maker, crock pot, blender, and baking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals (and all-important desserts!) at home. The dining area includes a table for four people.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, blackout curtains, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also includes a twin-over-full bunk bed set, a standard closet, and a dedicated adjustable standing/sitting desk for work-from-home and remote workers. This room also features a sliding door leading directly to the balcony, and a travel crib, collapsible high chair, and other baby/child toys and accoutrements will be available in the closet for visiting families.

The hallway bathroom features a full combination tub/shower, along with built-in shelves for storage. The condo also includes a washer and dryer inside the hall closet for in-unit laundry. High-speed WiFi with unlimited data and all utilities are conveniently included, and the condo has central air conditioning for hot Colorado summers as well as forced air heating for snowy winter nights.

The condo has one assigned parking space and one additional guest parking permit for parking on the premises. The condo is non-smoking (including no marijuana), and pets will be considered with reference from a prior landlord.

Tenants also have access to the condo community outdoor pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and a playground are conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive. With the Buckley Space Force Base Main Gate less than a mile away, and UCHealth Anschutz Medical Campus/Children's Hospital approximately a 15-20 minute drive, this versatile condo is thoughtfully set up for monthly stays for military contractors, families on short-term or medical stays or relocation, traveling professionals, and remote workers.
