GUEST ACCESS

The whole house is yours: all 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, and the fenced backyard and patio. Park in the garage or on the private driveway. Check in yourself from 3 PM with a personal door code we send before you arrive. Early check-in is free whenever the house is ready, and late checkout is possible when the calendar allows.

YOUR HOST

You're booking with the owner, not a management company. I live in Houston and look after this house myself, so you get quick answers and a home that's cared for - more than 190 stays here since 2023. You'll have the place to yourselves, and I'm a message away in the Vrbo app. I usually reply within an hour, so ask me anything before you book, from dogs to long stays to accessibility. I'm also happy to help with early check-in, late checkout and local tips.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- About the area: the house is in northwest Houston, a 10-minute drive from the Heights rather than in it. It's a mixed residential and light-industrial area with a mobile-home community across the street. Most days are quiet, and some guests notice occasional noise at night. I mention it so there are no surprises.
- Dog friendly: up to 2 dogs. Please add them to your booking (a pet fee applies) and pick up after them.
- You can smoke outside on the patio. The house and garage are smoke-free, with a $500 fine for smoking inside.
- A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around.
- Quiet hours are 11 PM - 7 AM. No parties or events.
- Your safety matters to us: outdoor security cameras cover the driveway, front porch and back patio, so you can come and go with peace of mind. They're for security only, and we only look at the footage if something happens. No cameras inside, and they don't record sound.
