By booking the entire Casale Borgo RE you will have the whole village just for you. It's the right choice for extended families, groups of friends, retreats or celebrations. The complex includes four independent apartments and an accessible single room, all with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Each nucleus has its own spaces, but common areas are also available for everyone to be together.

• King of Flowers: apartment with double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom (2 guests)
• King of Quadri: apartment with double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom (4 guests)
• King of Spades: apartment with double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom (4 guests)
• King of Hearts: apartment with double bedroom, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, loft with two singles, bathroom (6 guests)
• King of Denari: single room with bathroom accessible to people with disabilities (1 guest)
Pool, SPA and salon
The saltwater pool will be available from 01 June to 30 September.
The SPA for maximum use of 4 people, with hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower, are reserved for exclusive use, available Thursday-Friday-Saturday from 10.30 to 12.00, from 15.30 to 17.00, from 18.30 to 20.00, only on Thursday from 22.00 to 23.30.
The farmhouse's large living room is perfect for convivial dinners, parties and private events.
Surroundings
The farmhouse is close to Perugia, Todi, Assisi and Spello, and to the ceramic workshops of Deruta.
A charging station for electric cars is available about 50 meters from the farm.
At check in you must pay or commit your credit card for the required security deposit, the amount will be returned or the credit card will be released 48 hours after check out
City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
Extra: EXTRA CLEANING € 20,00 Per hour per operator (upon request), EXTRA LINEN € 15,00 Per person (upon request), SPA TUB € 75,00 Per person (upon request)
Hot tub: 150EUR for up to two people every 1 hour and 30 hours on request; 300EUR for up to four people every 1 hour and 30 on request
