Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay in this private, self-contained unit. Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated upon request.

The host will not be present during your stay, ensuring your privacy. However, we are always available remotely via phone or messaging to answer any questions, provide recommendations, or assist with any issues that may arise during your visit.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

- No Parties or Gatherings – This property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

- No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.

- Pets Allowed Upon Approval – There will be £50 per pet, and we will require a damage deposit of £100 (less than 20lbs). Note, that only dogs are allowed.

- Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

- Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.

- No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.

- Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

- Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.
