So close to the beach! I stayed a week for a working vacay and the WiFi was strong, even out on the lanai.
I am absolutely coming back! Kohl is an awesome host and Casa Palmas is in a gorgeous location.

This was an amazing placeTo stay. Very quiet, clean and beautiful. The host, Kohl was very responsive with any questions or concerns that came up. I I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Rincon.

The location of this property was perfect. It was only 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a five minute drive to the town square. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The green porch area was perfect for the evenings. We felt safe in the gated community. Check in was super easy as well.

Very clean with a great location. Even had a washer and dryer! The location is wonderful, near the beach and a SUP rental and adjacent to the Tres Palmas Preserve.
