The whole house will be available for you to use. Entry instructions are provided with check in instructions.

Other things to note
Guests are expected to leave HOUSE IN SAME CONDITION AS YOU ARRIVED TO. Please collect all your garbage into the garbage containers. Collect all your dirty dishes and leave in the sink. Kindly put used linens and towels in the washer.

NO PETS. Please respect our no-pet policy.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

We care about being outstanding members of the community we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels AT ALL TIMES and respect the rules.
