Arrival is seamless with contactless keypad check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early or late options may be available for a fee. Contact the host if you are interested in an early or late option. You must complete a community registration form sent to you once booking is processed. Must be submitted 5 before arrival. Guest Access:

● To enter the community, you will have to complete a community registration form-Host will provide. Must be submitted at least 5 days before arrival. Guest have to stop by the Welcome Center once they arrive with their driver's license and vehicle registration to get a pass to enter the community and get to the house.

● Community amenities are subject to Penn Estates schedules, seasonal operations, rules and availability. Amenity passes must remain at the property; lost or unreturned passes are subject to the community’s replacement fee

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.



● Guests shall register with Penn Estates at least 5 days prior to check-in (host will send you the registration form as part of your onboarding process.



Community Registration:

● $50 registration fee per group - This is included in the booking total

● Registrations and/or bookings finalized less than three days before arrival will incur a $75 community processing fee, in accordance with community policy. This fee will be requested separately via the booking platform, if applicable.

● All community fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted, regardless of a canceled reservation.



● AMENITIES PASSES: We provide guests with 6 passes that are active from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In case the passes are damaged or lost, we will charge $200 per pass for replacement.

● Access to the Penn Estates community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.

● Please note, these fees are not set by us as hosts. They are established by Penn Estates community and apply to all guests. These charges help cover the costs of operating and maintaining the many great amenities and facilities available during your stay.



● Jiant Getaways welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings.

● Refunds: Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before arrival; No refunds within 5 days of arrival.

● Note: We provide enough essential consumables to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid or Super Foodtown.

● Guests may encounter wildlife, insects and changing weather conditions. The home and property are professionally maintained for guest comfort.

● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice. The hot tub, fire pit and outdoor spaces are available subject to weather, community rules and local fire restrictions.

● There is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, depending on your usage, we cannot guarantee there will be propane for the duration of your stay. If a tank is empty, and you want to fill it, you certainly can. As a courtesy, we will reimburse you, but you have to supply a receipt. Do Not purchase a new tank, simply refill it.
