The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Maisontiers, with a floor area of 155 m² and accommodation for up to 10 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 35 m² living room with sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), armchairs and a TV.
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining table.
– A utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine.
– A bathroom with a shower.
– A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a mosquito net, a chest of drawers and a cot.
– A dormitory-style bedroom with three single beds (90x190) and a double sofa bed (120x190).
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190).
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
– An unfenced garden of approximately 100 m² facing east. It is shared with the owners and their dogs. Garden furniture is provided, including an electric barbecue, so you can make the most of sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Maisontiers, in a very peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Things to do: Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin, Saumur, several castles to visit in the surrounding area, a zip line, a zoo, prehistoric sites, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (2 vehicles).
