On the heights of the Vallée d'Or in St-François, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4WC and a large garden with a fully private swimming pool.
Its real asset? A magnificent outdoor terrace with kitchen and dining area, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends.
🌴 Spacious and designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends, it has:
- 1 bedroom with its private shower room
- 2 bedrooms sharing a shower room
- 1 bungalow for 2 people with its private shower room
- 4 toilets
as well as a large living space with living room, kitchen opening directly onto the terrace. Here, everything is designed to meet, share and enjoy every moment.
💦 Outside, it's time to relax! The villa opens onto a large 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and basking in the Caribbean sun. The very large terrace is the real heart of the house: two dining areas, an outdoor kitchen and a comfortable lounge area allow you to live outside from morning to night, between tropical breakfasts, family lunches, sunset aperitifs and convivial evenings.
✨ With its large garden, generous indoor and outdoor spaces and carport that can accommodate two vehicles, Villa Balaou offers all the necessary comfort for a stay without constraints. The villa is entirely reserved for you during your stay. You have private access to the 4 bedrooms, the 3 shower rooms, the living areas, the large garden, the swimming pool and the large terrace.
The base price of the villa is for 6 people with only the 3 main bedrooms (n°1, 3 and 4 according to description). Bedroom n°2 (with its shower room n°2) is a small independent bungalow that is only accessible from 7 people for 30 euros per person per day in addition.
The small mezzanine in one of the bedrooms is not accessible and does not count as a bed.
